International Shipping- We currently are not shipping internationally, only to the United States and US territories.

Shipping costs- generally, orders over $100 will ship at no charge. Some lower cost items may have a fixed shipping cost at time of checkout.

Returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages- We will accept returns without question within 30 days of placing order- please contact precisionshootersinfo@gmail.com for return request. Likewise we will accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you receive your item damaged, please let us know immediately. Document with photos the exterior of the packaging; if damage to the packaging is visible on the exterior of the shipping carton, please take pictures prior to opening. Should you receive a damaged item, we will try to send a replacement immediately if inventory levels allow, accompanied by a return shipping label. Should your item be lost by carrier, we will refund or send a replacement at our discretion. Please allow 10 business days before claiming an item lost.

Order processing and delivery times- we will ship your package within 3 business days and will do our best to ship sooner. We use several carriers, but cannot currently guarantee delivery times.

Payment options- we currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Warranty- while we cannot warranty items built by other manufacturers, should you need to warranty an item purchased from Precision Shooters, LLC and are required to pay shipping fees to the manufacturer, please reach out to us at precisionshootersinfo@gmail.com; we would like to pay those return fees for you.
